3 weeks to go!

It was three weeks yesterday, in the countdown to India.

I will be embarking on a massive journey with my husband, Mark and my four children, Julian, Bella, Lotus and Bodhi. We will also be joined by my birthmother, Pam, as we set off around the world to experience the land of exotic smells and assortment of colors.

In this journey we will be visiting orphans at several orphanages scattered around India. From the large cities to the small, sacred towns, home to ancient saints, gods and enlightened souls. My mission is to answer the calling, to bridge the gap between far off third world orphans to mainstreet America and beyond.

As i take my family to visit children whose lives have left them empty of care, I hope that my vision of everyone around the globe taking responsibility to help, to do something will manifest. That the children born by fate to a life that could easily be yours or mine will awaken a thought inside you to help. Even if it's just a box of bandaids or a packet of children's underware I kindly ask for donations.

As we have witnessed on the news, life is fragile, unstable and at any point tip one way or another. We are all one! I believe the future is of service. Of partnerships and giving. Inspire your soul and impress your heart by taking one little step to give. Sometimes it seems that giving is the gift to receive.

I will be leaving on Halloween, with a bag full of school supplies, baby needs and toys, please call or email me about what you could donate to help in this vision.

As they say in India, Nameste! (I honor the spirit in you which is also in me.)
